Since 1972, Lincoln Manufacturing has designed, manufactured and repaired all types of air and hydraulic cylinders used in heavy industry. Over the years, Lincoln Manufacturing has earned a solid reputation for high quality repair and manufacture of cylinders, as well as the design of new cylinders and spare parts. We specialize in serving the mining and steel making industries, from producing equipment for longwall and continuous mining operations to the production and maintenance of rotary, chock and other heavy-duty cylinder components.

All equipment processed at our facility is carefully inspected, calibrated and load-tested to ensure top performance for your operations. If a component is beyond economical repair, we can precisely manufacture new units or parts that will meet or exceed OEM requirements.
  Fabrication and Machining

At lincoln, we design and manufacture components with great precision, implementing the latest CNC equipment and technology. Items such as rolls, shafts and bearing housings are processed to meet rigorous specifications. Our welding department can perform everything from general welding tasks to producing the highest quality fabricated items. Our experienced craftsmen insure the flawless performance of all parts and fabrications by adhering to strict standards, maintaining close tolerances and employing exact quality control processes.
  Roll and Shaft Services

We have the mechanical personnel and equipment to disassemble, repair and reassemble many types of roll or shaft assemblies.

  Safety Training

Lincoln offers on-site, safety training programs to help employers provide a safe, working environment, and to meet the standards set by the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA). Classes can be offered at your facility, on your schedule, and tailored to address your specific needs, allowing for the least amount of disruption in production.

       • Full Day or Multiple Day Classes Include:
             - OSHA 10/30 Hour General Industry/Construction
             - PEC SafeLand Basic Awareness
             - 40 Hour HAZWOPER
               (Hazardous Waste Operations Emergency Response)
             - HAZWOPER 8 Hour Annual Refresher
             - First Aid/CPR Certification
             - Confined Space Training
             - Facility Assessment/Site Inspection

       • Two-Hour and Four-Hour Classes Include:
             - Basic Safety Training
             - General Hazard Awareness
             - H2S Awareness Training
             - Fork Lift / Scissor and Arial Lift
             - Global Harmonized System (GHS) of Hazard Identification
               and Labeling (OSHA mandatory training)
             - Workplace Violence and Active Shooter Protocol
               with A.L.I.C.E Training
